Thought I would share a little tip with you today...
Often when our Cricut cuts start tearing or not cutting through completely, we just start playing with the pressure, the blade depth and even the speed, but we hardly ever think about the Cricut blade because we really just don't think about when the last time we changed out was. Well now I have put an end to my frustration by dating my blade changes! Now when cuts start to deteriorate, I simply look at the date of the last blade change first, and if it has been just a bit too long, I change the blade out and most of the time that was the problem to begin with. Hope you find that helpful!

For this Vacation Memories Challenge I scrapbooked a trip to LA for our daughter's 10th birthday. I used Cricut's Locker Talk Cartridge for the clapperboard and Cricut's Hannah Montana Cartridge for the Guitar.
Here is the complete layout:

My Mother just went through a mastectomy and thankfully everything went well! We wanted to send thank you cards to all those who stopped to visit her, brought her flowers or made her a card, so I made these for that very purpose.
I used Cricut Imagine's Lori's Garden Cartridge on my Cricut Imagine.
Using Tumbled Glass and Bundled Sage to give the feeling of sky and grass to the scene. To add some elegance I added a glint in the hummingbirds eye and some shine to the flowers with Stickles in Cinnamon & Pink. I also used a ton of foam dimensionals
I hope you like the card and thanks for stopping at my blog today!
